The Intensive Case Manager for Seniors is responsible for assisting high risk or vulnerable, older persons living in severe self-neglect situations in the community to be safe, healthy and maintain their independence.

The Clinical Counsellor is responsible for providing intake, assessment and support to individuals, couples, groups and families facing a variety of presenting issues or crisis situations requiring evidence-based, virtual or in person counselling in the greater Hamilton area.

Team Leader, Counselling

The Team Leader, Counselling is responsible for leading a team of clinical counsellors and students in providing support to individuals, couples, groups and families with diverse and often complex needs stemming from mental health and addiction, involvement in the criminal justice system, partner/child abuse and financial instability requiring evidence-based, virtual or in person counselling in the greater Hamilton area.

St. Martin's Manor

St. Martin’s Manor is a Young Parent Resource Centre that provides services to strengthen the lives of all young parents and their children by offering support, encouragement, and hope in a safe welcoming environment.

Due to COVID19 restrictions we are not accepting volunteer applications for St. Martin's Manor at this time.

We look forward to welcoming volunteers on site once again when it is safe to do so.
