Adult Protective Services Worker

The Adult Protective Services Worker is responsible for assisting adult developmentally disabled individuals (18 years and older) who are living at home or in the community to maintain and enhance their physical and emotional well-being.

The Seniors volunteer program is a social support network for seniors by seniors.

St. Martin's Manor

St. Martin’s Manor is a Young Parent Resource Centre that provides services to strengthen the lives of all young parents and their children by offering support, encouragement, and hope in a safe welcoming environment.

Due to COVID19 restrictions we are not accepting volunteer applications for St. Martin's Manor at this time.

We look forward to welcoming volunteers on site once again when it is safe to do so.

Intensive Case Manager

Full Time

The Intensive Case Manager is responsible for assisting high risk or vulnerable, older persons living in severe self-neglect situations in the community to be safe, healthy and maintain their independence.
