Our Counselling Team
Team Leader, Counselling Programs
Catherine holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, is a Registered Psychotherapist and has been providing counselling and psychotherapy for over 15 years. She has worked in social services for almost 25 years.
As clinical supervisor, she supports the counselling team in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed services. She believes that each and every client deserves individualized care by a skilled professional - right from your initial contact with our intake team all the way through your counselling experience.
She is also passionate about ongoing growth and learning. The development of a therapist to practice independently, takes many years. Consequently, our counselling team is kept strong and vibrant through the involvement of counsellors at all stages of their development. Mentoring and collaboration are key to our strength as a team.
She is confident that at CFS, your counsellor will provide compassion and expertise as you reach out for support.
